TEGG TASK VIEW is a comprehensive customer specific software program provided with any one of our several TEGG Service Agreements.

The software program is loaded directly onto the customer's computer and allows for complete system equipment tree view and full electronic documentation.

When selecting the "view site information" tab on the software program there is a comprehensive overview of each piece of equipment throughout the facility. The information is divided by the following:

Nameplate- Equipment manufacture, serial number, Tag and ID numbers, nameplate ratings.

Problem History- Used to track reoccurring problems and anomalies allowing for preventive measures.

Comments- Customers internal comments for correction or repairs, date marked so it can be tracked easily.

Variable readings- Complete system electrical readings including harmonics distortion, voltage and current. Done annually it can prevent failure by detecting deterioration.

Images- Thermal IR images and associated digital pictures. Updated images are loaded into the programs as repairs are complete for accurate report printing.

TEGG TASK VIEW helps facility efficiency by being able to identify equipment, in the event of a failure, from a central vantage point even if components are in remote locations. It helps when scheduling shutdowns for component replacement by being able identify effected circuits. The internal documentation, as well as ability to run isolated reports on equipment, help maintenance crews keep track of impending and completed repairs.
